Terms of Service for Auramatch.ai

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://auramatch.ai/ website and the voice AI demonstration service (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Aura Match Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides an interactive voice AI demonstration for informational and presentational purposes only. It allows users to provide a name and engage in a voice chat with an artificial intelligence, which generates transcriptions and responses.

2. Use of Service and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Aura Match Ltd, an Aura Match Ltd employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Aura Match Ltd or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
  • To input or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • To attempt to disrupt, damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • To use the Service for any commercial purposes beyond personal evaluation of the demo, unless explicitly permitted by us.
  • To use the Service, including its inputs or outputs, to develop competing products or services, or to train other AI models.
  • To knowingly input sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, financial account details, health information, or other categories of sensitive data as defined by applicable law) that is not explicitly requested or necessary for the functioning of the demonstration.
  • To attempt to circumvent or violate the security of the Service, or to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service or its underlying AI technology.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property:

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users, as defined below), features, functionality, and underlying AI technology are and will remain the exclusive property of Aura Match Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Aura Match Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

User Input:

You may provide input to the Service, such as a name and voice data (“Input”). You retain any intellectual property rights that you hold in your Input. By providing Input to the Service, you grant Aura Match Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Input solely for the purposes of operating, providing, maintaining, and improving the Service and the AI demonstration.

AI Output:

The Service will generate output based on your Input, such as transcriptions and AI responses (“Output”). As between you and Aura Match Ltd, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use the Output for your personal, non-commercial, informational, and evaluative purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Output is generated by an AI and may not be unique; similar or identical Output may be generated for other users.
  • The law regarding ownership of AI-generated output is evolving. Aura Match Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the copyrightability or other intellectual property rights in the Output.
  • You should not rely on Output as a sole source of truth or factual information, or as a substitute for professional advice.
  • If you choose to share or publish Output, it is advisable to disclose that it was generated using artificial intelligence tools.

4. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. AURA MATCH LTD MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THEIR SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM US ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR SUITABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI DEMO. THE AI OUTPUT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND DEMONSTRATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND (E.G., MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL). YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR ADVICE FROM A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL.

AURA MATCH LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE OR ACTIONS TAKEN BY YOU BASED ON THE OUTPUT OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE AI DEMO. THE SERVICE USES EXPERIMENTAL TECHNOLOGY, AND YOU SHOULD USE DISCRETION BEFORE RELYING ON, PUBLISHING, OR USING CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AURA MATCH LTD, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aura Match Ltd regarding our Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.
